The goal of this show is to make you feel like your experiences are normal and recognized.

Mind Matters delivers raw, relatable, and vulnerable conversations to the mental health podcasting space. We noticed an alarming number of shows recycling generic advice and tired cliches, so we decided to dig deeper.
